Staff Biographies
Dr. Aaron Studwell completed his PhD in Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Houston. His research focused on planetary atmospheres, specifically, Saturn’s global-scale dynamics and long-term patterns.
After completing his doctoral work, Dr. Studwell founded ExoConsulting in Norman, Oklahoma. He has over twenty years of experience in energy weather, motorsports, and marine forecasting, along with air quality meteorology. Aaron was one of the first meteorologists in the energy trading sector, working in senior research and forecasting roles. In 2003, he founded RaceWeather providing accurate forecasts and timely race weekend updates to the NASCAR community. Before returning to academia full-time in 2019, he was the Marine Team Lead for DTN-Wilkens Weather, where he oversaw the company’s marine forecasting operations in their Houston, Texas office.
Aaron graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Meteorology and from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He holds active memberships in the American Geophysical Union, the American Meteorological Society, & the North American Society of Sports Management.

Achyut, a licensed FIFA Agent, brings a wealth of experience in talent identification, football analysis, and player development. With a background in working with both professional and youth players, he is deeply committed to assisting footballers in reaching their aspirations. As a certified scout with the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA), Achyut honed his skills in player evaluation.
Previously, he contributed to The Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) as part of their technical and scouting staff, focusing on identifying and assessing talented players for provincial teams. Currently pursuing an MSc in Football Business from the University College of Football Business, affiliated with the University of East London, Achyut is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to contribute to ECSM's success.
Outside of his professional endeavours, he enjoys playing 7x7 soccer and documentaries based on real-life events. Achyut looks forward to making significant contributions to the ECSM team and helping clients realize their goals.

Ciara Donlon joined EC Sports Management in April 2024 as Director of Marketing. With a focus on developing comprehensive marketing strategies across all ECSM sports, Ciara collaborates with both internal and external teams to ensure the successful execution of all brand deliverables.
Prior to this, Ciara served as the National Director at Nike Sports Camps, orchestrating initiatives to provide scholarships to underserved athletes across the country. Her tenure at NSC allowed her to collaborate with companies like Gatorade, America’s Charities, and NCSA.
In her free time, she supports the San Diego Sockers and the San Francisco 49ers. Ciara is committed to providing a well-rounded service to all ECSM clients and partners.

Aaron Dorsey joined EC Sports Management as a Sports Management Associate in December2023. In this role, he will collaborate on ECSM marketing initiatives, along with assisting in player evaluations and research.
Aaron Dorsey is a senior at Old Dominion University studying sports management and business administration. Aaron will graduate in the spring of 2024 and is an aspiring sports agent. He is an avid sports fan; his favorite teams consist of the Arsenal F.C., Boston Celtics, and the Baltimore Ravens. Aaron looks forward to working for ECSM and learning new things that will benefit him in his career.

Christian Keanna joined EC Sports Management as the Director of Sales in April 2024. He brings a wealth of experience in both the sales and sports sectors. With a background in working in sales with both the New York Yankees (MLB) & New York Islanders (NHL), he is deeply passionate about helping with the success and growth of ECSM. He has deep knowledge & experience when it comes to the business side of sports regarding sponsorships, agents, & NIL partnerships.
Outside of his professional endeavours, he enjoys walks by the West Side Highway in lower Manhattan and is a die hard New York Giants (NFL) fan. Christian looks forward to making significant contributions to the ECSM team & showing the world why we are the place to be!

Ben-Collins Ndinojuo joined EC Sports Management in October 2022 as a Sports Management Consultant. In this role, he assists in different aspects of the business, including marketing, strategy, & overall corporate growth for EC Sports Management. Ben has a Ph.D. in Communication Studies and is a lecturer at the department of Journalism and Media Studies, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where he teaches a number of courses, including sports journalism.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and watching sports, especially soccer, basketball, F1, and motorsport, while maintaining a keen interest in golf. Ben is eager to work for ECSM and learn more about recruiting high-impact soccer players in Nigeria and across Africa.

Jackson Sears joined EC Sports Management in October 2022 as a Sports Management Consultant. In this role, he assists in various facets of the business including marketing, client retention, & overall corporate growth for EC Sports Management.
Jackson is currently working on his Ph.D. in Sport Administration at Georgia State University. He brings experience from the academic side of sport management via research projects, including four publications in scholarly sport management journals. Additionally, he brings experience from the industry via his time working in Corporate Partnerships with the Jacksonville Jaguars. When he is not working, Jackson loves to travel across the United States and abroad.

Alex Studwell joined ExoConsulting in May 2021 as a Research Analyst and graduated in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University, with a major in computer science. He currently works at Epic Systems as a Software Developer. His responsibilities include working on data analytics, as well as talent evaluation.
Alex enjoys programming side projects in his free time, as well as all forms of racing. He also collects many types of jerseys, ranging from hockey to soccer.

EC Sports Management is proud to announce the return of Rob Tiongson. Rob will be a Freelance Contributor for EC Sports Management, delving into an array of topics relating to motorsports, particularly with feature stories focusing on drivers, the connection between fans and racing series like NASCAR and other related projects to the business.
Rob recently graduated from St. Bonaventure University, earning his Master of Arts in Digital Journalism in May 2023. Aside from EC Sports Management, Rob is a National Motorsports Press Association (NMPA) journalist known for his works with The Podium Finish.
